  I started Pure Barre in December with a co worker who has been going forever. After hearing her talk about how much better she feels, I decided to give it a try with a week free trial. I fell in love with the workout experience. I had never done low impact workout while trying to learn how to stretch and focus on certain areas of your body before. After the first day I could feel all those muscles I took for granted for years. I have been going for a month now and can actually see the results. I am a pure Barre lady for life !
